Furthermore, Abu-Zer pointed out that Djibouti has a large number of non-Arabic speakers, especially Muslims, who are interested in learning the language, noting that the Arabic Fluency Program “TAGArabic.Global” is a top priority on the agenda of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, and one of the programs that he launched to preserve the Arabic language and disseminate it globally.

Yusuf added that the outputs of the ‘Arabic Fluency Program’ will qualify Arab speakers for recruitment in public and private sector institutions. He further stated that the Center’s role is represented in hosting this initiative through the high-level equipped educational environment that takes into account standards of quality education, in addition to conducting tests that assess the level of graduates. It will also launch marketing campaigns that promote the significance of Arabic language.
