After that, Abu-Ghazaleh delivered a lecture on the history of the Dollar, pointing out that "America's strength is not in its tanks and missiles, but in its control over the global financial system and wars are skirmishes while the real weapon is the weapon of money."

He said: "Experts in America expect a collapse in the capital market in 2020, and this collapse will lead to economic decline which will swell and the prices will increase till we reach what is called economic stagnation and, according to experts, when we reach this stage, America will have no choice but to fabricate a war to establish a new world order.

He added, "In 1985, I participated in a symposium in “National Science America”, its topic was about where America will be in 2020. The participants were of the opinion that China is on its way to becoming the greatest economic power and the United States must find a way to prevent that by all means. Therefore, if the United States wants to make a war, it will not make it against Iran as it is rumored, because the war’s aim is always economic interest and America sees that the only competitor is China." He pointed out that “the world is facing a financial and economic problem."

He added: "I expect a boom in the Arab region in light of the economic crisis occurring in the West, they shall create a prosperity region and are conducting studies to develop a plan for an Arab renaissance, because it is in their interest to have a prosperous region in the world and our region is the only one eligible for that,” pointing out that "the reconstruction of Syria alone is estimated at one billion."

He said, "I wish we would encourage our children, not repress them, as they will change our future. The highest level of digital knowledge does exist in the most disadvantaged areas of the world; in Gaza and in the Syrian camps more than in America. Statistics today are about the number of digital citizens, as this is the criterion used to measure the future of countries. The criterion of countries today is how many children use smart devices, the criterion is how our children and grandchildren will impose change, as happened in the Scandinavian countries that changed the world through education. For example, Finland abolished language teaching and Sweden abolished the government education because the government's goal is to shift from the civil state to the state of invention. I hope that our goal in our nation would be to shift from the civil state to a state of creativity. This month we opened a university that does not graduate its students by passing a test but by making an invention. Therefore, education must change. All those who lead wealth in the world had left universities and established knowledge-based institutions and the size of their institutions indicates that an individual from them is bigger than a whole state because he created an invention. So invention is the path towards wealth and towards the future."

He added: "I had previously suggested that the right to use the Internet should be one of the basic human rights such as water and bread and that while democracy will not be fully achieved in any country in the world, full democracy exists in the Internet; when you provide access to the Internet, much can be done."

He continued: " I wish that Lebanon, this dear country, works to strengthen the Internet because it is the tool that provides education and is the democratic environment that achieves equal opportunities for all." He pointed out that a book will be issued entitled "A Steady Global Knowledge", stressing "that all that the human mind can imagine is an applicable fact. If we do not catch up with the knowledge capital, the world will become smarter thanks to artificial intelligence in objects and we will have to keep up with that."

He concluded: "I have a mission which is to transform society into a knowledge society, through our children. They should not be prevented from using the smart device for a long time, as everything in life is a decision; happiness is a decision, unhappiness is also a decision and love is the important factor for success."

At the conclusion of the symposium, Abu-Ghazaleh received two shields of appreciation from the North Lebanon Merchants’ Association and the Cultural Association. Brigadier Zebian also received a shield of appreciation for the Lebanese Army from the North Lebanon Merchants’ Association, which was handed over by Major General Hamad.
