    Abu-Ghazaleh to Establish a Knowledge Station in support of "Khotwati” Initiative

    AMMAN – HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh has received MP Khamis Atieh, head of "Khotwati" initiative, and members of the initiative to discuss ways of cooperation and support that can be provided by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAG-Org) to the endeavor.

    Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh voiced pride in "Khotwati", which contributes to the rehabilitation of public schools in Amman through joint efforts of the private sector and civil society organizations, in partnership with the Ministry of Education.

    Abu-Ghazaleh’s contribution to establish a knowledge station in a school in Amman targeted by the initiative, through Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Knowledge Society, was announced and highly appreciated by the initiative's president and members.

    Based on a model characterized with workability and sustainability, the initiative will rely on a minimal budget and the largest possible participation by the community and volunteers. It will work for rehabilitating the infrastructure of the targeted schools and providing the necessary training programs for teachers, students and local community, in cooperation with Queen Rania Teacher Academy, local community and Ahliyyah School for Girls (CMS).

    The initiative's team will be visiting schools to compile an assessment report identifying their logistic needs and the time and budgets needed for implementation.
