TAG-Confucius Institute Organizes A Visit of Jordanian Educators to China
AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Confucius Institute (TAG-Confucius) organized a visit of a delegation of Jordanian educators to Shenyang, Beijing and Shenyang Normal Universities in China.
During the visit, seven principals of Jordanian schools attended lectures on China’s education and higher education field and visited Liaoning Province Shiyan High School, Liaoning Province Experimental School, affiliated school to Shenyang Normal University and Shida Spring Kindergarten.
In Beijing, the delegation visited Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban to know more about its activities and the traditional Chinese culture such as Chinese calligraphy, the traditional Chinese tea ceremony and Peking opera in addition to others. .
They also visited Shenyang Imperial Palace, Paleontological Museum of Liaoning, Benxi Water Cave, Tiananmen Square, the Palace Museum, the Summer Palace, the Great Wall and others
The delegation extended their gratitude to Shenyang Normal University for their warm hospitality and considerate arrangement of the visit. They pointed out they had achieved a lot in this journey to China, experiencing rich Chinese culture, knowing more about China’s national condition and China’s education. They hoped that there would be more cooperation and exchange between Jordanian schools and Chinese schools.
